What a difference 12 weeks make with the right macros, workout plan and discipline. I would recommend coach’s program to anyone looking to improve their health and daily lifestyle. If you’ve hit a plateau in your fitness efforts a customized program like this might help tip the scales for you like it has for me. It’s not just physical health, it’s mental health as well and comes along with wealth of knowledge and understanding of how the body works with regards to the foods you eat and workouts you do. I want to share my experience of losing weight using the program with Giovanni. I think the hardest thing about losing weight is maintaining your results. I started training with Giovanni on October 16, 2023. My goal weight was reached on December 12, 2023. Today is June 5, 2024 and my result is getting better every day. I continue to improve my body and I eat a lot. I like to feel slim, beautiful, strong and not hungry. I am very pleased with working with Giovanni, I follow his recommendations and advice.
Many times I have tried to lose weight, and there were times I was successful. However, that was eating bars or shakes for whichever program and once I tried to eat ‘regular’ food, the weight came right back. Setting myself up for failure each time because I learned nothing about proper nutrition, just trained to eat the prepackaged items at specific times of the day. Giovanni provided me with information, and a sustainable plan, to change the way I look at food. Understanding the importance of protein to fuel my body and exercises that fit into my weekly routine to build muscle. Giovanni has been there every step of the way, answering all of my random questions, and providing encouragement. This definitely isn’t an ‘easy fix’ to drop weight fast, it’s a plan to become healthier (which includes me losing weight and gaining muscle) and sustainability for continued progress. I’ve tried several different methods of trying to reduce my weight, blood pressure and maintain healthy living. When I first met Coach Giovanni, I was introduced to him as he was coaching. My granddaughter After in flag football and she had just also started coach G’s program along with her father, my son. During these last 4 months, there has been a huge impact in my life. Every since I started changing my ways of eating, there has been a lot of differences. I’ve lost a lot of weight and that has made me happier because I’m healthier and it helps me stay active longer. Friends and family have pointed it out that they see a physical and mental change in me which is good for my age. Not only has watching what I eat helped me but also my family.
